Saints Row gets a date

Originally Saints Row was planned right after the launch from the Xbox 360, but THQ decided to postpone it to tweak and polish the game a bit more. The official Saints Row site now puts the release date on August 29th. This is in line with the the Gamestop list we posted earlier. In a recent interview, Jacques Hennequet of Volition confirmed a very large demo for Saints Row, so we might see that this summer.

Choppy framerate issues?

The multiplayer does sound good though, proper chavvy game.

Tut tut, releasing a game in summer is never a good idea. It always seems crap games get released during that time to. Hmmm…
