Prey 2 in developement
Did you like Prey? Xboxic did. If you liked it, we’ve got some good news just for you. Over at TeamXbox, they reported in an article that the 3D Realms’ CEO Scott Miller confirmed that Prey 2 is currently being developed.
Preying does produce results!
Speaking to Next Generation, 3D Realms’ CEO has revealed that the company is already working on a sequel to PREY. When asked what is he currently working on, Scott Miller said:
Prey 2, of course! We are addressing concerns about combat, as well as adding in more gameplay innovations.
Any innovations are good, I just hope they don’t screw up a good thing.

cool, lets hope they fix online play. Prey still has some network issues even with the new patch…how am i meant to get the multiplayer achivments?

didnt they fix online already in a patch?
I would like them to add more variety to the multiplayer instead of just deathmatch. The flippy stuff could make for much more interesting multiplayer.
They should fix Prey Multiplayer first. with 768k upstream this game still lags.
When I first got Prey a couple of months ago the multiplayer ran fine, no lag at all, but recently its become almost unplayable.
I just kinda found the whole thing a bit pish anyways.

and for gods sake make a proper multiplayer mode..
i hardly belive you spent 10 years making a crappy multiplayer mode like that , more like 10 days if you ask me ..
the single player was ace though
No time for single players any more, I am anti-social enough.
Nothing next-gen about that game. Very dissapointed I was.
when is this coming out? 2016? it better not take anywhere near as long as prey 1

well, i hope it doesnt take 10 yrs, and i hope they skip the single player altogether and make the multiplayer game that the engine deserves. it would make a wicked conquest type game if they did it right, like bf2 in space and on crack.
Noooooooooo!! the first Prey was bad enough- please dont make another one. I hate those gravity walkways, the stupid vehicles,etc. It started of with so much promise and degenerated into a boring, seen it before FPS- dont need anymore of this!!
