[GC2006] Kane & Lynch screenshots & off screen footage

Kane & Lynch One of the things we would’ve like do to do but didn’t have the time for was IO Interactive’s Kane & Lynch. The upcoming title from the Hitman developers is starting to look quite promising, especially story-wise. Graphical it looks amazing but the thing I really like about it is the unique story about a mercenary and a psychopath. For more info on that checkout IGN’s first look. For some newly released screenshots and some Youtubed off screen footage hit the jump.

Especially the last bit where Kane & Lynch are rappelling down that huge skyscraper looks interesting. IO told IGN that they remodelled the center of Tokyo with the use of Google Maps and this might be that in full effect. Let’s hope Xboxyde or someone manages to get some high quality video of Kany & Lynch up because it’s starting to look a hell of a lot more interesting than the current-to-next port Hitman: Blood Money was.

Kane & Lynch is headed to PC and Xbox 360 in 2007.
