MS denies 100GB harddisk
We’re sorry to be the party poopers, but today Boris Schneider-Johne, MS product manager Germany says Microsoft denies the existence of the 100GB harddisk we reported about yesterday. According to him, someone has been tampering with the picture used in the Powerpoint presentation. The signature has been painted-over simply using the Arial font. Probably some Korean guy who sees this as a ‘practical joke’.
Boris also points out that Microsoft would never make such a lame presentation of a new product. They would professionally announce it like they do with all their product. If it would come, it wouldn’t slip by unnoticed (without people like Major Nelson reporting it on his blog) on the Korean X’06.

a well my warranty run out in a few days, i think im just going to try and hook up my laptops HDD and see how that goes instead

It was a plot by the north koreans to take interest away from the fact they are researching bloody big bombs.

OMFG! The text on the image is NOT the only indication of it being a 100gig HD. Look to the left of the presenters sholder, there is the number 1 and what looks like a zero. If you look at the other image from the original story, you will see that the bullet point isnt there, and instead the bullet point for the 256meg memory card is the last one.
From this you can infer that the bullet point that is mostly hidden behind the presenter is about the 100gig HD. And the 1 and almost 0 indicate that it is quite likely 100, as indicated by image.
So, I suspect the news to be true, with the 256meg card on the way.
Even though this photo probably is fake you still there’s gonna be a 100GB Hdd b/c there has just been to many rumors flying around about the 100GB for them to all be false. Just b/c MS denies it doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
