Free Halo faceplate with Crackdown
Americans have something to look forward to if they head over to Circuit City tomorrow and purchase Crackdown: a free Halo faceplate will also be given out, a faceplate that has a recommended retail price of $20.
Note that it isn’t an exclusive Halo 3, never-before-seen type faceplate, but one that has been around for ages. All they are doing is making free. Still nice of them to do so, but so as Europeans don’t feel left out, GAME, PLAY, Gameplay and Amazon all sell the faceplate, but sadly do not bundle it with Crackdown.
As I’m sure you are well aware, Crackdown will be with Americans tomorrow, and Europeans Friday. However, a lot of stores are already selling the game here in England, and Shopto.com shipped their orders on Saturday. It seems Crackdown’s release was the worst street date breach yet!

YES finally someone can see the light… this game is probably the worse f-n game i have ever played/seen whatever… yes cartoonish and yes very bad. I can’t believe how brainwashed people are these days that they look at this bullshit game and say… “wow.. I can’t wait to have crackdown…” you would be much better off having a dog shit eating contest in your backyard… probably more fun too…
I agree. This game is absolutely HORRIBLE. And no one can say I didnt give it a chance. I played the demo through 3 times and still have the same opinion. IT SUCKS BIG DONKEY BALLS.
