Lost Planet Map Pack #2 announced

A little less then a month ago, Capcom released the first Lost Planet: Extreme Condition Map Pack to the delight of many fans. Capcom has now given the fans of their shooter style game more reason to rejoice with the announcement of the second multiplayer map pack, due for release just in time for the weekend.

Lost Planet: Extreme Condition

IGN is reporting the news that Capcom has announced the second multiplayer map pack for Lost Planet. Map Pack #2 will include two new maps entitled Hive Complex and Trial Point. While the annoying price tag of 400MSP is a drawback, the fact the they are due for release on Friday might put you in a good mood by thinking about the weekend.

Personally, I haven’t bought many map packs because of the price tag but what do you think? Do you feel that a weekend of gaming on new maps is just you need this Easter holiday, or has your copy of Lost Planet frozen over in the trade-in section of a games store? Let us know what you think.

Hive Complex looks great. Not too sure about Trial Point. I’ll be picking this one up.
