Microsoft Origami is Portable Media Device
Normally not our cup of tea, but since we reported on Microsoft’s new viral campaign we might as well be the ones to enlighten you that Engadget hit the nail correctly with their guesses. Creative agency Digital Kitchen have the Microsoft Origami commercial on their site for everyone to see, and it is indeed a Portable Media Device.
On the site, click Enter, Enter, Work, Brandtheatre and then Microsoft Origami, and be treated to the huge full commercial for the new product as it plays video, runs drawing applications, and acts as a Media Center Extender, all controlled with a stylus. Enjoy the show, and thanks to Bink.nu for revealing it!
Update: Microsoft also noticed the leak apparently, and Digital Kitchen has removed the video from their site. Too late guys, mirror can be found here.

Looks pretty cool to me. I’ll probably be buying one. Not sure how well halo will be with those controls though, they look a little weird. But if it has WiFi and a browser, and good battery life, A+.
Wonder if it will bring anything new to the 360? Also, they just look expensive, kudos to Microsoft, what with the 360 and that ‘Origami’ thing, they both look beautiful.
PS, I heard that ‘Apple’ heard/knew about this product months ago, and will be revealing there new product the ‘Kakkaka’ (or something like that) on tuesday 28th (GMT time zone)
Whether it is true or not, we’ll see…
Who called it? Look at the comments on the previous article about this, I pwn!
i want one that just looks so good. damn il need to sell some stuff to get that damn thing.
Any Donations lol
well…. too bad but they took it off of the site… probably at midnight last night! so no more video!
Indeed it’s gone, updated the newspost.

Am I the only one that noticed the girl in the beginning is running pro tools on a mac?
More people noticed that actually but I didn’t consider it worth mentioning
