D3PA to bring games to XBLA

D3PA announced today that they are going to bring their new collection of games to the Xbox Live Arcade. The first three titles that are set for a release later this year are Mad Tracks, Rocketbowl and Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords.

The first title announced by D3PA is MadTracks, the game that is being made by our very own Denis; our beloved developer at Load Inc. The much anticipated racing game that got some delay due to a multiplayer option being incorporated is getting a release on XBLA very soon.

D3PA also announced Puzzle Quest: Challenge of the Warlords, a puzzle game that blends match-three puzzle gameplay with strategy, character-building elements and a persistent storyline set in the Warlords universe. Puzzle Quest already received a release on the Playstation Portable and the Nintendo DS this March with very positive ratings.

A PC shot

Last but not least, Rocketbowl has been announced, becoming the first bowling game on the Arcade. Rocketbowl puts a futuristic twist on the traditional bowling experience. For people that can’t wait to play this game, there is a PC demo available for download.

As said earlier these games have no release dates yet, but the company said that the games will be released later this year. D3PA also said that there will be more than the three aforementioned titles coming this year.

They are not meant to compare to Gears Of War, all of these titles look great, I am currently playing Puzzle Quest on the DS and it rocks! Hoping we get more titles like this.
