Gamercard with custom background
A week ago we asked you to inform us on any interesting Gamercard sites on the net, and Jacob Avery pointed us towards Flix Society’s generator. The special thing about this one is that it allows for custom backgrounds.
For the custom backgrounds you need to signup, as the site stores the used image for you, but without signing up you also have access to some nice backgrounds as usual. Keep in mind that for the custom background you’ll need to do some Photoshopping yourself, just putting a random photo behind it will look crap ofcourse.

I think these gamercard things are pure lame, name the advantage of showing your mates what you’ve done on your games?!
Anyone care what you’ve done/not done, or how many hous you’ve been on DOA4? Pure ‘geekie’ nonsence.
Well, gamercards show off what you have done, but also act as a basis for other gamers to see who you are, what games you like and whether you’re worth inviting as a friend. They are also good for people already on your friends list, as they can get a private chat going get help with a level you may be stuck. Quite smart little things if you ask me.
whenever i get a new friend, i go through their achievements to see what they have chosen to play, i think it is a very interesting insight into players styles…
