Ace Combat 6 crash-landing in October

Fire up your engines and get those propellers spinning, because the game with a stick is releasing in October exclusively for the Xbox 360. That’s a timed exclusive, but no-one will be interested in that come October.

The press release promises the game will be on store shelves on the 23rd of the tenth month, adding another game to the holiday lineup. There will be two options upon release as well, depending on how much money you have available (not a lot considering everything else there is to buy this year).

Spending $60 will net you the regular version of the game, allowing players to fly with the use of a pad and have a great time. Spending $150 will net you a better experience however, as you’ll also receive the Flight Stick to control your plane with. Adding immersion like this is surely worthy of anyone’s money, particularly as this bundle is a limited time offer. Presumably, a few months after the release they will be separated and cost a lot more than $150.

Which do you plan to pick up this October?

If the game is really good I’d buy it with the sticks. I’d love to have a great flight sim on the 360. I have my doubts about AC6 though.

Ace Combat is a little less flight sim, a little more drama/arcade.

The article is right. Those that buy GTA IV and then the Rockband kit will be out of money.

I can stick with the regular control pad. it was fun enough with one on the old games.

And like I said last time, I dunno where the hell the user is supposed to put those things…

Except, Crimson Skies isn’t a flight sim.

y would any 1 waste there time making that, what if they only sell 10000 copies. that is sme hgh risk.
