First Brothers in Arms 3 screenshots

In the latest edition of OXM some screenies from Brothers in Arms 3 turned up. And they were simply amazing. I don’t have any further information but feel free to drool on these scans. Oh and these are in game. Wow. Just imagine what Halo 3 would look like…

No way, theseare unbelieveable, next gen is truly here, for all you doubters, just look at all these games.

Yeah this is a giant leap forward from first generation games.

……….wow……
To bad the scans are of prettu poor quality, but this game is going to look (be) amazing.
I just hope they’ll do a better job than Infinity Ward with online play, then this game is gonna be a must-have.

The scans arent that great, if someone has a copy of April’s OXM and a scanner feel free to hook us up with better quality. I hope it’s got a good multiplayer, that would be awesome.

Man, when I saw PGR3 for the first time, I said, “This is a launch game. Halo 3 will look twice as good.”

I have no doubt in Bungie and the 360’s ability to render armor, but I always got a bit fuzzy around realistic people (DOA notwithstanding, as they’re more or less Barbies and Kens). Then Fight Night came out, and this…

I think we’re good. PS3 goes to hell.

Rumor has it that the PS3 will not be that much better graphics-wise but a little more powerfull on the AI side. More characters in view, each character with it’s own AI etc.

I have to say though, after seeing these shots (especially the second one) a lot of stuff (faces!) in Oblivion don’t look that good anymore. This is deffinately a giant leap from current games if you ask me.

The details in the first one look amazing too, the lightning and the clothing folds…

in relation to the arguement of ps3 handling more charcters on screen and individual AI just look at the power diffrence between the ps2 and origanal xbox..xbox won on the powerside but still struggled to cath up on the ps2, ps2 won that battle.. purely because it was out first and had already had a console out before…….this may be to close to call and could all depend on HD-DVD OR BLUE-RAY.. Blue-Ray is starting to loose support which can only be a good thing for microsoft

this gamae looks great but i am not sure it is really a game i would buy once the game start comming regulaly… at the minute i buy anything i can get my hands on due to the limited no of titles available role on thursday and G.R.A.W but i may have a closer look at this nearer to release..

I’m going to give you that one varidian, once all the games start flowing, then we’ll see, you still can’t put it down graphically!
I keep feeling that there rendered in some way, any way to prove otherwise?

In the second shot, with the soldier’s face, look at his chin. Notice the polygons along his chin, it isn’t perfectly curved. This shows, in my opinion, that it was rendered in real-time.

*Forgot to add on my comment above: If the shot was pre-rendered, everything would have silky smooth curves.

Am i missing somthing here, arnt these just a couple of dodgy pictures, surely its a bit much to say “this game looks absalutely amazing”. it could be just cover / case art. (although that second one has a certain real time look to it, definately the collar of the jacket etc)

Love BIA though, bring on some more info.

I hope that the gameplay can match the graphics. Something in me says “no.”

I’m concerned with what the letter R means. I wonder if it means replacement. If so then the next battle will definitly be Market Garden. Although I’d love to see the Normandy landscape and Airborne landing on a next gen platform.

aloha! all very nice. a like it. peace bro!
