Some of you may be thinking “Humph, something doesn’t look quite right.” The thing you’re looking for on the list can be nothing else but the game itself. In that case, let us refresh your memories: back at E3, Microsoft specifically mentioned that the game wouldn’t be featured in the special editon.
Why would Microsoft release a Halo 3-themed console and not throw in the game itself for good measure is beyond us. The thing that makes their decision all the less comprehensible is today’s price cut of both the Premium and Core packages, along with the release of the Elite which boasts the larger 120 GB hard drive for only £20 (€50) more. Don’t say we didn’t warn you!

i might get one and resell it later when their out of stock for good. some of you may remember the old halo edition xbox that came out and tripled in price a few months later wen they were no longer available.

it probably doesn’t come with the game so that the people who want the console and the legendary can have both, and the people who want limited and the console can get both, etc
