The FIFA 08 demo should have been here by now. It isn’t, and so we wonder when we will actually get to see it. It’s been revealed that we should expect the demo in just a few weeks.

According to FIFA2008 News, their source has confirmed the date to them as the 13th September. This falls in line with an official post on the official forums over at EA, that says in two weeks time the demo should be coming. That was posted on the 28th August. Two weeks later brings us into the week of the 13th, so this could very well be spot on.

Don’t get too excited just yet, this is still a rumour as nothing has been officially confirmed with regards to an actual date. However, it is probable as it is still before the game’s shipping date of the 25th. Hopefully there will be an official word soon.

Update: The source was right; the demo is indeed scheduled to release on the Marketplace on September 13th. EA has confirmed it on the game’s official forums. Thanks to FootballStar56 for alerting us to the official confirmation.
