Ninja Gaiden 2 screens surface

Nine screens from Ninja Gaiden 2 popped up on the Japanese Xbox website earlier today. The posting was a mistake, and the images were taken down, but not before they were snapped up by several sources. Flying limbs and bloody goodness behind the jump.

Team Ninja has been working hard to keep a lid on this one so information is scarce. The screens were probably meant to coincide with some official information to be released at the Tokyo Game show next weekend, but ended up releasing a week early. Look for more info next week.

Now that my excitement for Halo 3 has come to an early demise this will will be the one. That countdown sure looks very mysterious and I really hope it is a sequel to the hardest xbox game!!!

WOW. I just added it to my list. While on the subject, my list of games for next year is filling out nicely :)

I loved the first Gaiden, but I just might faint with this one, more limbs to lop off instead of just heads like in the first on Xbox.

I’m still halfway the first one… I guess I could run through some corridors but I’m the kind of ninja who leaves no witnesses behind :p

I really like the wolverine claws in the screenshots :)
