GEON: Emotions releasing tomorrow on XBLA
There was no press release yesterday for whatever reason about the Arcade release for this Wednesday. It came today instead and it isn’t Sensible World of Soccer. No, it’s GEON: Emotions this week, ready to snap up your Microsoft Points.
Releasing for 800 Points, the game will allow players to play as different human emotions, and it’s your task to go around collecting dots on the board. It’s quite confusing and rarely explained well, so a demo will prove very useful.
A couple of features of the game:
- A different game: Geon: Emotions is something different, a fast-paced abstract sports game that lets you explore your emotions as you compete against opponents.
- Next-gen graphics: The razor sharp visuals are accompanied by a pulse-pounding soundtrack.
- Game modes: Perfect your skills in a head-to-head duel or try the time attack to win medals and unlock mini-games. Then, go multiplayer on Xbox LIVE with up to four players and let it all hang out on the emotional battlefield.
It’s an original game and makes a change from retro titles, but whether or not it is the type of game many will enjoy and play for a long time will be revealed tomorrow.
Thanks to Thompsett for alerting us to this.

SWOS UNDERTOW ROCKETBOWL ????????????????????
i got dibs on bitterness
You’ll just be disappointed.
I am on the fence with this game. I will try the free demo and then form an opinion. It does look cool, but I have been fooled in the past (looking at you Novadrome).
Are we to suppose that Love is one of the emotional battlefields? Is Pat Benetar one of the developers?
hahahaha you absolute legend!
Looks interesting. May have to end my “no XBLA games until SWOS” protest.
hahaha lolz love that Pat Benetar joke!
I’m good with playing Sonic 2 over and over again.
I’ll play the demo and then decide between this, Symphony of the Night (die monster!) and Pac-Man C.E.
Die monster! You don’t belong to this world!
What is a man? A miserable pile of secrets!
I can’t believe I didn’t know what that was from.
