New Blue Dragon and GHII DLC on XBLM
Any fans of RPGs will more than likely remember something about the Blue Dragon DLC that was released on the Japanese Marketplace, six months before the release of the game in the United States and Europe, back in February. Now, surely to the delight of many, this DLC has become available to anyone with Xbox Live. However, if RPGs aren’t your thing, you might be interested to hear about the new Guitar Hero II downloadable content.
The first piece of downloadable content to hit the Xbox Live Marketplace today was the Blue Dragon Ultra Hard Mod. This add-on is sure to add a great amount to the experience of an already decent enough game as gamers will now be able to play at a difficulty level twice as hard as the original, or even at a difficulty level so hard it that is meant to be started at Level 50. But what is even better than this is most definitely the fact that these two new features, along with the a third new feature allowing players to start the game over using a saved game from near the end of Blue Dragon, are absolutely free. Here are the details courtesy of Major Nelson.
- Title: Blue Dragon

Next up is the latest Guitar Hero II downloadable content pack entitled Guitar Hero Indie Label Pack. Unfortunately, unlike Blue Dragon, this isn’t free. As anyone who is familiar with Guitar Hero II DLC will probably have guessed by now, to download this content will set you back 500 Microsoft Points for which you will receive the grand total of three songs. And the bad news keeps coming because if you are living in Japan, you will not be able to download this. Here are the details from Major Nelson.

Are you interested in either of these pieces of DLC? Even if you did buy Blue Dragon but don’t play it as much as you might have done before, it won’t hurt to download the Ultra Hard Mod seeing as it is totally free. But what about the Guitar Hero DLC? Are you fed up of having to pay for new songs, especially at the price of 500 Microsoft Points for three songs?? Do you feel that it is justified or ridiculous? Let us know.
Many thanks to BitChain for submitting this!

I heard normal mode was easy, so I downloaded Hard Mode from Hong Kong marketplace… and it really was a great RPG.
Everyone rated Eternal Sonata higher, and maybe they did that based on how easy Blue Dragon was, but for me playing on hard… Eternal Sonata is like a 7 compared to Blue Dragon’s 9 out of 10.
I ranted Blue Dragon low because it’s story and characters are pieces of crap… as did most everyone else. It’s just a very derivative game.
Trivium BADASS!!!!!!!!
No they’re not. I use to like them, until they put out that piece of shit album The Crusade. Should have put a good song like “Pull Harder on the strings of your Martyr.”
could of swore the GH2 DLC was released last week… couldve just been a release date for today.
It was meant to, but it never actually materialised until today.
