The stage is set early for Rockband
Gamespot are today reporting that upcoming band-fest Rockband has seen a shift in release date. It was originally scheduled for Black Friday, the 23rd November, however it has now been brought forward a couple of days to avoid the mad rush.
The 20th November will see the game hitting store shelves and will also bring a new community website. There will be a wealth of options open to users of the site that will allow for leaderboards, personalized band pages, individual blogs, forums, and even a “classified section” to help bands fill out their lineups. It’s also planned that the site will have a “photo creator” option, allowing gamers to create a band shoot with their in-game characters.
Get ready then rockers, the bundle is headed your way soon. Europeans will have to wait until next year though to get rocking, but hopefully it will be worth the wait. You can check out the official website before it gets a revamp.
I think I’ll give this a miss. Too many other games coming out that will be emptying my wallet.

can’t wait, COD4, Mass Effect, Assasins Creed will all have to wait, this is going to be waaaaaaaaay to much fun to pass up.
I am also picking up Rock Band, as well as COD4, Mass Effect and Assassin’s Creed. No waiting for me.
Out of all of them, Rock bands my only actual buy :3

Why does it have to be sarcasm? I’m waiting on those games because I like Rock Band more. They are good games, but some of us need to pace our budget…
