Burnout Paradise hitting 22nd January; demo coming

Shacknews is reporting that Burnout Paradise will be coming on the 22nd January, a Tuesday. There’s also a demo on the way, so hit the jump for all the gossip.

With the game shipping in January, EA promise that a demo of the game will also be put up on the Xbox Live Marketplace, with a rather expansive set of options. The demo will feature online support, and includes the new Stunt mode, presumably also featuring the standard racing options.

This is exciting news, as it is likely to be a great game to pick up after the crazy Christmas rush. We had Lost Planet as the first major release of 2007, now we have 2008’s lined up!

Oh boy, another shitty Burnout that focuses on crashing and ridiculous motion blur!

oh great another 1 out of a million gamers that hates the game!

I love Burnout (MUCH better than those boring simulators) so I’ll be sure to pick this one up!

It used to be better when it was racing with awesome crashes, instead of crashes with racing as a sidenote.

Nice, a new addiction.
