New N+ content forthcoming
Though we knew about its plans to put out post-release DLC for N+, Metanet Software has announced that N+ fans will be able to download new content for the action-puzzle platformer as early as next month.
Three downloadable expansion packs are planned for release on the Xbox Live Marketplace, with the first one scheduled for launch early next month (if everything goes as planned, of course). While each pack is said to feature 200 additional levels, the first batch of DLC will also contain some co-op multiplayer levels. As for the other two packs, N+ co-creator Mare Sheppard said the following:
The other packs will probably contain harder levels, race and survival multiplayer, and some classic N levels from the original game — we’re just not sure how the content will be distributed among the packs yet.
Two packs will be offered at a low price of 200 MSP (per pack), or one Microsoft Point per level, whereas one of the packs will be made available free of charge. There’s more. Not only does Metanet intend to include some “secret goodies” for each pack of new content, but the N+ guys are also working their ass off to enable level sharing over Xbox Live.

Welcome news indeed. 400+ screens is a lot. Truth be told, I’ll probably NEVER finish them all, as the latter ones are insanely tough.
All the same, at 200 MSP per pack, I can def see myself buying these down the line.

And the possibility of the levels from the Flash game being brought to N+ is great too. Talk about loads of replay value.

Fuck me… I was just getting happy with myself for nearly completeing all the episodes, and more on the way, all good though, no mention of more achievements, always a pity.
These guys are awesome. Always good to have added support on an already great game that has plenty of content. One of the packs also being free, you can’t ask for much more.
