Battlefield: Bad Company demo coming early next month
For those that missed out on the closed beta of Battlefield: Bad Company, either due to being unlucky or having your 360 away on vacation, Electronic Arts’ DICE has announced that everybody will get the chance to try out the game by downloading a single-player and multiplayer demo when it releases on the Xbox Live Marketplace on June 5th.
While the single-player portion of the demo will introduce players to the characters that make up the Bad Company in one of the early levels of the offline campaign, the multiplayer slice will feature the exact same game mode and map as the closed beta.
Battlefield: Bad Company is set for release in North America on June 25th and Europe on the 27th.

Sweet, I’ll play it.
I second that emotion, but I’m not holding my breath after the debacle that was Modern Combat.
that was a piss poor representation of the Battlefield series.
a quicky port, so they could get it out early on the next-gen consoles.
still, with the glut of FPS games out (and MANY more to come) I’ll take a ‘wait and see’ approach on this one. hopes are high.
Yeah, I know. I had Battlefield 2 on the XBox and the 360 version is virtually identical in almost every respect except for graphical quality. The single player was still piss poor. The online was better, but too many noobs hiding out with sniper rifles/rocket launchers ruined the online experience for me.
