Second full Rock Band album to release next week

It’s been less than a month since the release of Rock Band’s first full album download, Judas Priest’s Screaming For Vengeance, and Harmonix is already gearing up to unleash the second wave of full album sweetness. Make the jump to see what album is coming up next.

Next Tuesday, May 27th, The Cars’ first studio album The Cars will join the Judas Priest album on the Xbox Live Marketplace. All nine songs will be included (all original master recordings) and will cost 160 Microsoft Points each, or 1200 MSP for the full album.

The Cars:

  • “Good Times Roll”
  • “My Best Friend’s Girl”
  • “Just What I Needed”
  • “I’m in Touch with Your World”
  • “Don’t Cha Stop”
  • “You’re All I’ve Got Tonight”
  • “Bye Bye Love”
  • “Moving in Stereo”
  • “All Mixed Up”

If all goes according to plan, the Pixies’ Doolittle should follow the release of The Cars.

Some good tracks I really don’t see myself buying any of these. I’d rather have Who’s Next.

It’ll be interesting to see the charts for Moving In Stereo.

Nice.

I’ll definitely buy Good Times Roll, and Just What I Needed. Probably My Best Friend’s Girl, and Bye Bye Love. Maybe Moving In Stereo.

I’m glad they are continuing this trend. How about any entire Metallica album. Motley’s Shout at The Devil. Led Zeppelin’s IV, Nirvana, AIC, NIN, Black Sabbath, Pantera, Korn, Sevendust I could name a thousand more but they may still not release one I want

Didn’t they say when rock band was coming out that they would release Nirvana’s “Nevermind” and Metallica’s Black Album? All they are releasing album-wise is garbage, and I damn sure ain’t talking about the band. The Cars blow and so does Judas Priest… actually Halford literally blows because he’s literally a homosexual.

I bought a few thousand points, and I got about 3 songs with it, but I’m saving the rest for Nirvana’s Nevermind.

By far one of my most favorite albums.
