Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 coming to Xbox 360
According to the latest issue of Famitsu, Namco Bandai is hard at work on a sequel to last year’s Dynasty Warriors: Gundam for the Xbox 360, PS3, and PS2. It appears the first game was enough of a commercial success to warrant a follow-up, despite the poor critical reception.
Dynasty Warriors: Gundam 2 will add new Mobile Suits and characters, as well as fights with humongous Mobile Armor units. Also included will be Gundam Char’s Counter Attack and the RX-93 v-Gundam.
The game is scheduled for a release in Japan on December 4.

never even heard of it - looks crap
Enough Dynasty Warrior games already. have been made!
They are just getting started lol
That’s enough, now.
These games were sooo popular in Japan…
Just as we think they have bad taste in games, they think we have bad taste in games.
It’s a 2-way street.
Oh, and they aren’t going to stop making these any time soon lol…
Yeah well, these games may look like a load of poo to us in the west but when you consider the dating sims, hamster breeding games and train driving simulators that make up a significant part of what’s available on the store shelves over there I’m sure these Dynasty Warrior games are a goddam lifeline for the japs.
We’re talking about people who spend all day working in a shop and then go home and play a game that has them working in a shop. The DW games must seem quite daring and exhilerating after that sort of shit. The japs probably get nosebleeds playing such exciting stuff.
Koei games. The masters of releasing the same game over and over again. Don’t give me that “Oh this one’s completely different because now you can fight bigger guys” rubbish.
I love the DW series, as I’m a sucker for fast paced hack and slash, but these GUNDAM games were somplete crap.
Freakin Japanese. Wierdos
It’s an acquired taste over here. I have the second one, I enjoy it immensely, but I always did like the Gundam Franchise. What it comes down to is making money. Dynasty Warriors has a huge fan base to begin with, even over here, now you throw Gundam into the mix, and you target not only the steadfast DW bandwagon, but also the HUGE Gundam fan base.
