Rare fixes tiny-text SDTV bug in Banjo: Nuts and Bolts
More than a few gamers with standard definition TVs managed to point out a few loose nuts and bolts in the creation of Rare’s latest Xbox 360 adventure, a mishap that meant the game’s on-screen text was teeny-tiny, hindering progress, no matter how good a player’s eye sight. Good news arrives today, as the problem has been fixed.
Rare has released an auto-download for the game, which patches up dialogue boxes and prompts to make them easier to read on SDTVs. After the title update is installed, a new “Large Dialogue Text Option” will appear under the game display options on the main screen. Just check it, and you’re away.
Good news for those of you that were going nuts over the issue, and couldn’t bear another day of eye-straining agony…
…Taxi!

If only more companies did that.
Huh… just for that I might actually buy Banjo.. Good going. Wouldn’t have expected that in a million years.
It’s a great little game although the physics and the vehicle handling can be murder at times.
