Halo 4 to be an out-of-game interactive experience!

Microsoft Gaming Studios have posted a job opportunity that requires the successful candidate to relocate to Redmond, WA. The role is that of ‘Software Development Engineer’ which implies working on the next Halo project which will be to deliver a great out-of-game interactive experience that takes the next step beyond the systems found in Halo 3.

The advertisement states that Microsoft Gaming Studios are looking to blend console, web, and mobile to create an immersive Halo world that follows the dedicated Halo fan wherever they go. They need engineers that can build connected technology while working in a startup environment.

Whilst this sounds like it will the biggest and most user interactive Halo game to date, the advert does not give any clues to if the development team is Bungie who created previous Halo games, who coincidentally also have new job postings stretching beyond that of Halo3:ODST!

What are your thoughts and how would you like to communicate with Halo players through your mobile phone?

Just need an App. that flips them the Bird and then tells them how lame they are for still playing that stinking pile of POO!!!

*sigh*

yes, it sure is lame that a company supports their product two years after initial release. Boy oh boy, its also lame that countless people continue to play the game, in the face of newer titles.

Could it be that *shocking* gameplay is the reason.

Trust me, effective use of the MUTE feature is the only way to truly enjoy the game.

Playing while listing to random asshats is the only thing lame about it.

This looks like i dont care.

:) so we’d all rather it was an out-of-body experience! The trouble is I know I’d buy if the hype was big as I just can’t help myself!!

I’m avoiding this, no matter how much friend tries to convince me otherwise. If it’s free, then I might Dabble.

ps3 aint got games! it aint got games!

It does have games, a console without a single game would not sell a single unit. It just has pants games :)

I’ve never bought a single retail game on mine - just blu ray movies… My movie player plays games optional I see it…:)

I don’t know who Tony is, I think he’s got a personality switch, one day it’s all PS3, and the next is all 360. Don’t fret over him.

Excessive use of exclamation marks make me sick.

I have now been in bed close to deaths door for the last day.

My lawyers will be in touch.
