SAW Officially Announced
Konami announced with a press release today that ‘SAW’, a console game based on the horror movies is currently in development with a release later this fall. SAW will encourage players to take part in horrific horror games inside the corridors of an abandoned insane asylum and certainly will not be for the feint hearted!
If it will be similar to any of the SAW movies then players will be challenged to a race against time to save themselves from death whilst being imprisoned in a labyrinth of challenges set by Jigsaw, the movies maniacal antagonist who has an unnerving obsession to watch just how far fear can push the limits of humanity by exploiting the most vulnerable areas of the human mind.
Depending upon your mental abilities to sove the horrific puzzle games which often include pain and the sacrifice of others will determine how far you go in whether you live or die - and of course Jigsaw will be watching your every move!

SAW the 3rd Person Perspective horror survival game is being developed by Zombie Studios and will be released on Xbox360 to coincide with the release of SAW VI the movie due out later this year.

Okay here’s me playing the game -
“I have to dig through my stomach still concious to pull out the key that’ll save that drug-dealer… Yeah I don’t ‘feel pain’ so whatever.”
That and I can expect the gore and graphic nature to be bland. Pass.
I quite like the sound of it - I think like most other games like it it will reduce quickly in price a few months later! So prob wont be a release day thing for me - I’ll wait and get it cheap
There’s no way this makes it through the ESRB without an AO rating. If they Dumb it down for a mature rating and ruin it, it will still get banned in hafe a dozen contries.
I think they should make it how they want it to be. Let the ESRB give it an AO rating. Then put it for sale online only so that all those pussy stores that wont sell AO games don’t get any sales at all.
It’ll stop all those 17 under’s from playing it. A simple solution for all!

oh come on, dont you think the geriatric looking clown (aka Jigsaw) sat in the old biddy scooter is just evil! Its probably crap, but I am thinking achievements here…
