Avatar Golf Game video has been leaked

Xbox Evolved has uncovered leaked footage of a Golf Game with playable Xbox Live Avatars. They claim the footage is definitely pre-aplha stage and the silence couldn’t be any greater. In the video you see Xbox 360 Avatars simply playing a casual game of Golf. Take a look:

It has been speculated that it could be something to rival the popular Wii Sports title, but highly unlikely unless it is Project Natal enabled. This could just be an upcoming Xbox Live Arcade Golf Game or footage of something that may never be released at all!

What are your thoughts?

That’s why it said it was pre-alpha at the start of the article.

I think the only way this was leaked, was that someone has broken the rules of the Xbox360 Dev Kit PNet where all developers get the chance to play upcoming or games currently in development. Pnet is the 360’s Dev Kit Xbox Live.

I think this was in development alongside JoyRide where perhaps MS made the decision to release JoyRide as the free avatar game over this one…

I’m more interested in Natal Bowling. Wii bowling was fun for me, but I want Hi Def and since you’re using your whole body, could drastically alter how you play the game as opposed to just flicking your wrist.
