for me, I would need to play the Beta to know if I like it or not, but I dont want to buy a full game just for the beta - but theres bound to be some codes on Ebay around that time.

not completely sure, but i believe the beta will be downloadable from any main menu, regardless of new or used.
Yeah it’ll be in the Extra’s bit I think, and for some reason I’m more inclined to think it will be released on Thursday 1st July (can’t be sure) but I may have actualy been told that

I think the Splinter Cell Conviction deal is making think that it will be a 360 exclusive, atleast something for the ps3 am i not right?
The fact that they use real movie quality footage of real people for the trailer(s) means to me that the quality of the game is to be taken seriously. It is GR so I am personally expecting a advanced squad based multiplayer.
No, it means there is no actual gameplay footage yet, and the novemver 1st release date is probably not going to happen, you k=never know though, ubisoft might suprise us, lets hope for the best.

the beta is going to be out on june 30
so i have never done this before but how do you download the beta can you only do it when it comes out or do you download it before it comes out and play it when it comes out?
Just saying you don’t need to buy the game if you have a friend who owns it get the game from them because its a download off the disc so thats all you need.
But it’ll work like the halo reach beta, you’ll need the disc to play it because you’ll choose an option at the menu of the game, not the dashboard.
the beta will be on the disc . u wont be able to dload it then get shot of the disc u will need to play the game through the splinter disc … just like what halo reach beta was and halo 3 beta was on the crackdown cd .. U WILL NEED THE DISC EVERYTIME U PLAY …
That is correct. Anyone playing through Splinter Cell Conviction will have to load it up through the games menu everytime, but those who acquire a beta redeem code can load it up via Quick Launch
