Finally, hard hitting proof and reassurance that we will see the release of another title in the Call of Duty franchise this year - Activision has confirmed a few new entries in its popular franchises to be released by the end of 2010.
There will be brand new Call of Duty, Tony Hawk, Guitar Hero and Spider-Man games. The new Tony Hawk entry will once again utilize the motion-sensitive skateboard peripheral released alongside 2009’s Tony Hawk: Ride.
During May 2009 we first brought to your attention how Activision had been pursuing licenses for Vietnam War era music, Cuban, Soviet Union and African music for the use in what could only be known as working title ‘Call of Duty 7′ which is meant to have the involvement of ‘Call of Duty: World at War’s’ senior producer Noah Heller. Although another Treyarch Call of Duty has been officially confirmed for a 2010 release, no other details regarding development or in-game locations have been revealed.
We will keep you updated.
