Gears of War 3 due April 2011
A trusted US publishing source has confirmed with Edge that Gears of War 3 is currently in development with Epic Games, and continues the story set out in the first two games.
Earlier this month, Epic just happened to detail the latest changes to the Unreal Engine at GDC 2010 and revealed Gears themed footage as shown in the video above - was this indeed already a teaser to the upcoming Gears of war 3? However, The first official teaser trailer for the third person shooter is expected to debut next month on April 8, with a full detailed reveal being unleashed to the public at E3 10 later this year.
According to the US source, the game will hit retail stores early April 2011.

an new improved, more evil looking ‘Brumack’…
Well guess I will dust of the old 360 in April 2011 then.
This is only reason i haven’t sold my 360. Better be good.
The Brumack was missing it’s Night Vision Goggles.
Video was a bit dark, kind of hard to see what’s there, but Gears has always been a great IP and I’m sure the next installment will be well done.
