During March, Xbox LIVE Arcade titles as part of the House/Block Party promotion which includes: Toy Soldiers, Scrap Metal, Perfect Dark and Game Room, once purchased or played as a trial reveal part of a redeem code. Now that all games have been released and all codes revealed - the free Avatar Prop is a BBQ Grill complete with dropping-the-burger-on-the-floor actions!
Another promotion to bring attention to the Microsoft Bing search engine was revealed that any person entering “xbox avatar bing shirt” received an Avatar T-Shirt code on the top line of the search results. Grill Party Prop still works, and the Male Bing Shirt also works - not sure about the Female Bing Shirt, as my avatar isn’t a female.

The male t-shirt works.
The female t-shirt will also likely work, but you cannot redeem unless your avatar is a female.
