Halo: Reach Haz Recon Helmet
It has only just been revealed that the worldwide release of ‘Halo:Reach’, the final Halo game being developed by Bungie, is set for September 14th, but a new pre-order incentive has been uncovered to give you the Recon Helmet within the Reach Armory.

The Recon Armor was one of the most sought after variations within the ‘Halo 3′ game as it was only available to and awarded by Bungie Employees. With the release of Halo 3: ODST, it was obtainable by unlocking all of the required VidMaster Achievements and is now quite a common sight within the Halo 3 Multiplayer.
The only way to wear Recon within ‘Halo: Reach’ is to pre-order, making it easily accessible for all. Further details are expected to be announced by retailers soon - and remember if you pre-order the Legendary Edition, you can use the flaming effect to light up your gameplay.
I seriously hope that the picture above isn’t Reach’s variation of Recon…

No, you get the Recon Helmet for Pre-Ordering, and you get Flaming effect for all armors as an unlockable in the Legendary Edition. So for those who pre-order legendary, they get recon & flaming unlockables to make it a flaming recon helmet on release day.

I pre ordered this game so I should get the recon helmet but will I still get the helmet even if I don’t go get the game opening day

You know I think it’s bullshit making this stuff available for preorders or certain editions. I forked out my hard earned for a regular copy of reach, I should be able to unlock it through achievments or something as Bungie seems to love my cash as much as preordering peoples. Then again I like people with recon,makes you stupid pricks easier to see for head shots..
