Itagaki’s New Project to Be Unveiled Later Today
Tomonobu Itagaki, of Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden fame, went MIA to work away on a new project back in 2008, following his shocking departure from Tecmo. Now, the year is 2010 and the famed developer is ready to show the world what he’s been doing for the past years under his newly formed development studio, Valhalla Game Studios.
Tonight on Spike TV’s E3 Special at 11:00 p.m. EDT, Itagaki will reveal his brand new franchise, announced the show’s host Geoff Keighley on Twitter and Facebook:
“Yes, it’s true: Tonight on Spike’s E3 Special at 11 PM, Itagaki reveals his brand new franchise! And you’ll see gameplay too.â€
As you can see, Itagaki will also show gameplay which is always a plus.
Some of you may notice that the times given to us by the developer and Geoff Keighley differ but the latter assures us Itagaki actually means eastern time:
Xboxic will report on Itagaki’s new game as soon as it is revealed.
