Medal of Honor Ltd Edition Has Battlefield 3 Beta Invite
Electronic Arts has announced that the ‘Medal of Honor’ Limited Edition has an invitation to an upcoming Battlefield 3 beta that will take place sometime during 2011.
Medal of Honor Limited Edition also features special content out-of-the-box including the MP-7, a weapon utilized by real-world Tier 1 Operators in the field. With its light weight, high rate of fire as well as its ability to penetrate body armor, the MP-7 handles like a pistol yet allows targets to be engaged like a rifle. The Limited Edition also includes two powerful shotguns with custom slugs. These devastating shotguns and ammunition are ideal for close-range fights.
Battlefield 3 is the latest entry in the award-winning shooter franchise from DICE in Stockholm, Sweden. No further details about the game have yet been revealed and this news is the official announcement of its development.
Medal of Honor will be released in the US on October 12th, and in the EU on October 15th, 2010.
Hopefully BF3 is better than MOH, because the beta is pretty disappointing coming from BF: BC2.
I agree, I played it for just a few minutes and was enough to realise I’m not all that interested.
Yah if they are smart they will delay MOH. It is not ready for release. There are far too many bugs for them to fix between now and release time.
Unfortunately I think the poor hit detection is a result of poor network code.(It doesn’t compensate for even the slightest bit of lag) This would be far too much to change this far into the development process.
There’s so many problems with the MOH beta I really can’t believe they put it out as a beta to begin with. It wasn’t even ready for that. I’ve never played BC2 but I play MW2 pretty much everyday. There’s nothing in MOH that would make me want to play that game over MW2.
