EA has today announced a new video game entitled “Create” that is currently in development by Bright Light Studio’s for the Xbox 360, PS3, Nintendo Wii, PC and Mac. It apparently does exactly what it says on the tin as the game is powered by imagination and personal creativity.

No detailed screenshots or trailers have yet been revealed, but “Create” presents to players a whole new way to play that is imaginative where solutions are solved by the creativity of the player. The more players explore the game, solve level-based challenges, and customise their world, the more in-game rewards will be unlocked. Creativity will be unleashed as players design environments with easy-to-use brushes and tools, including textures, props and animating objects that bring the scene to life.

On the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, PC, and MAC players can share any of their creations, solutions or challenges with the community through the console and also via the official Create website at www.create.ea.com. Friends can download and remix solutions and set challenges for other players to download and complete.

Imaginations will run wild this holiday with the release set for November, 2010
