Xboxic Down Under: Water Balloon Challenge!
In less than 12 hours from now your happy reporter Curry (c’est moi) shall be aboard a plane flying him in no less than 20 hours, excluding 4 hour break, to Sydney, Australia. “Why?!?”I hear you ask? Well, Microsoft is going to try to break a world record next Saturday by having more than 2677 people throw more than 50855 water balloons at eachother, and they were kind enough to invite me over.
Also there will be at least Major Nelson of Xbox Live, Cesar from Gamerscore Blog, Joel from Kotaku and Roberto from Gaming-Age. Expect regular updates whenever I get a chance to post them with news and photos.

As noted on their site, there will be coverage from Nova broadcasting live and Channel V filming it all. I assume both are Australian, but expect stuff to end up either here or on the Xbox site anyway, I’m taking a camera with me
Channel V is Australian for sure. But’s it’s nothing like being their yourself. I predict you’ll come back 5 years younger (and maybe some bruise :P) just because of all the fun you had in Australia *sigh*

Not for the balloon-throwing-event itself (how could they ever break the world record if it was invite only? ;)). The program our great leader (cough) is attending (visitting the MS HQ overthere, chilling with Major Nelson) is press-only.
