Details announced on Medal of Honor: Airborne
Electronic Arts today announced more details on Medal of Honor: Airborne, the highly anticipated next sequel in this successful World War II franchise.
Most notable change is that every mission in the game shall start off with a fully interactive parachute drop. So you have to take any available tactical data, and have to decide on where to start yourself instead of following linear missions in the designers’ footsteps. Through these flexible missions, lead protagonist Boyd Travers will first conquer the Nazi’s in Sicily before taking his airdrop in Normandy on D-Day and fighting his way beyond the Rhine in Germany itself.
Expect the game to be released on all major platforms including Xbox and Xbox 360 at the end of this year.
