Call of Duty 2 auto update
A Call of Duty 2 update has just been released. You’ll be asked to download it when you start up the game. According to a newssubmitter it’ll fix some minor glitches in the game like a ladder glitch and a house in Burgundy. Downloading only takes a few seconds.
It might also have to do something with today’s bonusmaps that have made available for download. We’ve also had several reports from people about not being able to join games because of some strange errors popping up about non-existing maps. Let’s hope this is al resolved now and you can continue playing GR:AW (

They didn’t fix the glitch in the church level in France?
they fixed all known glitches, you just die if you step on them. example, you die if you try to get to the roof in burgundy, next to the dirt field.
yeah but now creating a private match only lets me do 4 public spots, thats no good for me….why did that happen you say?

ive played full 8 player matches every time now in cod2. i guess mayb its a bandwidth related thing. and the new maps rock. and u shouldnt have a problem with not having the maps. the new setup as u if u want to play new and old, new, or just old maps. if u select new and old, then obviously u might get in matchmaking for a map u dont have. but if u dont download the skirmish pack it might do it to u.
New maps don’t “rock”. The French one “rocks”. Other maps are “alright”. Our respective opinions, though.
they are oddly sized, one is big enough for about 500 players and the other barely accomodates 8, and i havent had any playtime with the rest, have them all though.
